Writing

Bring in a completed first draft of your report. You can also email it to Rachel by Tuesday at 3:00 if you would like her to be able to read and edit it before we meet.

Reading

Read all introductions and chapters 1 - 7. Study the map.

This book is non-fiction, but it is written in narrative form, not informational (or expository). Summaries will most likely resemble those you have done with other narrative texts. However, the Passage Picker and Discussion Director will need to treat this as informational text, not a story.
